#32 Dionté Adams Height: 6’8/204 cm Weight: 235/106.59 kg Position: Forward Nationality: AMERICAN Team While playing in NCAA top conference, D1, Dionte’ Adams helped win two conference MEAC championships, that helped place his team in the NCAA tournament. During his junior year of college, he played Kentucky University in the first round and during his senior year he played Syracuse University. After Mr. Adams’ college basketball career, he was given the oppurtunity to pursue his dreams as a professional basketball player by being invited to be a part of the Baltic tour. He headed to Riga, Latvia to showcase his talents. Mr. Adams’ played against some of the top teams in the VTB Baltic league including Latvian and Estonian league teams. Mr. Adams’ averaged 17 points and 11 rebounds; and was awarded the MVP shooting over 85% from the field (74% from 3). Recruited to play in Zamora, Spain, Mr. Adams’ set off to play with the CB Zamora team, where he broke the league and Spain overall record in offensive and defensive rebounds. He was named “king of rebound”. After dominating in over 20 games in Zamora, Mr. Adams’ was recruited to play in Valls, Spain. Before departing Valls, Mr. Adams’ worked on key elements of his game to become an overall better team player, leading his team in points (26), rebounds (12), and assist (4). After all his hard work, Mr. Adams’ continues to condition and work out, awaiting the next lucky team who decides to recruit him. Mr. Adams is a go getter and will stop at nothing to exceed his prior success. This work ethic has helped him lead his team to multiple wins. He also has an unbelievable Defense having said “Defense wins games so whatever I have to do to win I will”. He’s not afraid to put his body on the line leading his team in charges taken and ball dives. Always eager to learn Mr. Adams’ is very coachable and very versatile and can play any role on the court rather it be garbage man or the go getter, he loves the game and everything that comes with it. With a very high basketball IQ he can adapt to any situation that approaches. Mr. Adams’ is recognized for his outstanding efforts both on and off the court as a respectable and well-mannered young man he is today. 2017-18: Spain (EBA)- 26 pts, 12 rbs, 4 asst, 17 mins (3 Exhibition Games) 2016-17: Spain (EBA)- 13 pts, 13 rbs, 4 asst, 18 mins 2016: RIGA, LATVIA Tour (Silver)- 17 pts, 11 rbs, 5 asst, 16 mins College: Hampton University Pirates NCAA division 1 MEAC conference 2016 BALTIC EUROPEAN TOUR IN RIGA, LATVIA Average- 17 points 11 rebounds Film- 2015-16 SENIOR SEASON Played in 29 games for the Pirates… averaged 5.0 points and 5.9 rebounds per game… averaged 19.3 minutes per contest… was 55-for-117 (.470) from the floor on the season… went 35-for-57 (.614) from the free throw line… had thirteen steals and thirty-seven blocks on the season… scored a season-high Thirteen points against Florida A&M on Jan. 11….scored a season high of 4-for-5 from the free throw line against Delaware state on Feb. 22… grabbed a career-high eleven rebounds at Coppin State on Dec. 5. 2014-15 JUNIOR SEASON Played in 21 games in a reserve role for the Pirates… averaged 1.4 points and 2.0 rebounds per game… averaged 8.7 minutes per contest… was 10-for-28 (.357) from the floor on the season… went 9-for-11 (.818) from the free throw line… had eight steals and nine blocks on the season… scored a season-high six points against Coppin State on Dec. 6, going a perfect 4-for-4 from the free throw line… grabbed a career-high six rebounds at Florida A&M on Jan. 12… also had a career-high three blocks in that game. 2013-14 SOPHOMORE SEASON Played in 18 games for the Pirates… averaged 0.9 points and 1.1 rebounds per game… averaged 6.4 minutes per contest… went 6-for-14 (.429) from the floor… was 4-for-8 (.500) from the free throw line… scored a career-high nine points on 3-for-5 shooting at Quinnipiac on Nov. 20… also went a career-best 3-for-4 from the free throw line in that contest. 2012-13 FRESHMAN SEASON Played in 18 games for the Pirates as a reserve… averaged 1.2 points and 1.2 rebounds per game… averaged 6.2 minutes per contest… went 9-for-23 (.391) from the floor… was 3-for-6 (.500) from the free throw line… scored a season-high six points at Radford (Nov. 28) and at Howard (Jan. 12)… also grabbed a season-high five rebounds at Howard. NORTHSIDE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY Averaged a double-double throughout his high school career… was named Conference MVP as both a freshman and sophomore… averaged 10 points and 15 rebounds as a freshman… averaged 13 points and 12 rebounds as a sophomore… named All-State and All-Conference as a junior after averaging 15 points and 13 rebounds... helped win the 2012 state title, averaging 15 points and 14 rebounds a game… named All-State and All-Conference.
